Lemon Myrtle Scones

Scones are such a treat, and try this savoury recipe, with the zesty kick from the Lemon Myrtle!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 4 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons Lemon Myrtle Spice
  • 1/2 cup grated zucchini
  • 2 tablespoons onion marmalade
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 2/3 cup plant milk
  • pinch salt

Method:

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 220 degC.
  2. Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl using a metal butter knife.
  3. Shape into a rectangle, 1 inch thick, on a floured board.
  4. Transfer onto a greased tray and score into 6 pieces with a sharp knife.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
