Wholesale customers are welcome. Whether you are a new or existing customer you can sign up and order online. In signing up you are agreeing to our terms and conditions detailed below.

How does it work?

You complete the sign up form and submit to us, once approved we send you back an invitation to log on. If we require further information we will contact you by phone.

Once you log on with your email and pass word you do not need to re-register, and can log on at any time. When you order you will be sent an invoice which confirms the order and the freight based on your address and the weight. Payment arrangements will be outlined in the invoice.

The website will provide you with your own account space so you can see a history of your orders and the products you have ordered previously.

What are the approval requirements for wholesale ?

Wholesale customers must have a registered ABN and/or be operating a business where products are sold or provided as part of the service. Generally for new customers payment is required up front by credit card, paypal or direct deposit for the first few orders. Established customers may be approved to conduct business on a 30 day account.

What is the minimum order?

The minimum order for wholesale is $200ex GST, ex Freight. If you are looking for smaller orders you may find one of our distributors is able to assist you. Please talk to us to find out how we can help.

Shipping?

We provide free shipping for orders over $500ex GST and do our best to package for the best rate for orders under $500exGST (domestic orders only).  Shipping rates apply to International Orders.

We use Aramex, Australia Post, StarTrack and Direct Freight. Orders are processed with 1-3 days. 

What are the Product Guarantees?

Products are generally sold with a minimum expiry date of 6 months and a maximum of 3 years. Products sold for retail purposes generally have a minimum of 12 months prior to expiry. The all natural products do not contain artificial preservatives and therefore may separate or lose the fragrance after the expiry date.

Products must be kept at below 30 degrees C, exposure to heat above this level will affect the quality of the product. Products should not be left in vehicles or they will deteriorate.

Defective products will be replaced by Lemon Myrtle Fragrances, see terms and conditions.

Can the Lemon Myrtle Fragrances products be used by people with sensitive skin?

The naturally germicidal and antibacterial qualities of the products provide a solution to many skin issues, such as psoriasis, dermatitis, eczema and minor itching and dryness. Regular customers report dramatic improvement in their skin after using the soap, hair products and moisturisers.

Is there Palm Oil in Lemon Myrtle Fragrances products?

Palm oil is used in the soaps and is sourced from an RSPO approved provider from Malaysia located in an area where farms have been established since post World War II. Organic palm oil for soaps produced by Lemon Myrtle Fragrances is also sourced from the original home of Palm Oil in Guatemala, and plan to include this in all soaps once the supply is consistent.

What do you mean by “all natural” products?

There is increased awareness regarding all natural products especially in the last decades as people have become more exposed to chemicals in their daily lives. Many producers are able to use the term natural and in some cases organic certification, including overseas organic certification does not completely rule out the use of chemicals in skin and beauty products. However you can be confident that all natural for Lemon Myrtle Fragrances means that all the products are made from plant derived ingredients. This means that the products not contain mineral oils, petrochemicals such as parabens, and animal fats.

Are the products really safe?

Creating skin care products from all natural ingredients with natural preservatives has been a challenge however has been achieved with experimentation over the last 10 years by Lemon Myrtle Fragrances. The products are tested each time in production for stability and safety before the products are released for sale. This means that the is no presence of bacteria and fungi and the products will last for up to two years which is shorter than for products that contain chemical based preservatives however most are used during this time. The natural preservatives include essential oils, plant extracts and vitamins many of which have anti-oxidant and anti-microbial properties.

The Lemon Myrtle Oil content is limited to safe for applying to skin.

For people with allergies and sensitivities to a range of both chemical and natural ingredients we recommend that a topical test is applied before use, and that use of the product is reduced if there is a reaction.
