Shipping Information

Domestic Shipping:

Retail Customers: please choose the Retail Customers shipping rates (either standard or Express). There is a standard shipping charge of $12.95 and orders over $85 ship for free within Australia. Fastway Couriers, Australia Post and Direct Freight Logistics are used for most deliveries.

Aramex (Formerly known as FastWay): A street address is required for all Aramex deliveries. If you won't be at home to receive, please advise a safe place to leave this, or other shipping notes in the Order Notes section of Checkout. Aramex deliveries to WA and NT are currently taking between 10-15 business days. If you'd like your order to arrive sooner, please select the Express Shipping option.

Australia Post: Street Address, PO Box or Parcel Locker address will be accepted for all Australia Post deliveries. If you have any shipping instructions, please advise in the Order Notes section of Checkout.

StarTrack: A street address is required for all StarTrack deliveries. Please leave a contact number if you won't be available to receive delivery.

If you need to change your shipping address at any time, please email us directly at We can adjust this change in the system, and contact the dispatch agent directly if your order has already been sent.

Dispatch of all retail orders will only be arranged once payment has been made in full. If you have not received your order after 10 business days, please contact us directly. 

International Shipping:

Lemon Myrtle Fragrances Australia can offer delivery across the world. We usually offer International Shipping via Australia Post; however, with some services currently suspended due to international travel restrictions and border closures, there are some delays to be expected. Further, some countries are restricting inbound parcels from passenger flights (Australia Post uses passenger flights to move their International Cargo). 

While Australia Post is still delivering to a majority of countries, there are significant delays affecting all delivery times. We have access to DHL and other international couriers to deliver orders with a faster expected delivery time. Please contact us directly at and we can investigate alternate delivery options for you, and provide pricing options prior to finalising the invoice. In your email, please include your order, shipping address, and if you'd prefer an Express or Standard rate.
