Roger Bird, the founder of Lemon Myrtle Fragrances was one of the original European producers and pioneers of the lemon myrtle revival, producing essential oils with high citral content. Since 1990 the business has been providing natural moisturizer, using a macadamia oil base that has a similar ph to the skin, so it soaks in and works to improve the skin’s resistance to drying, cracking and scratches, and has anti-ageing properties. The natural benefits of essential Lemon Myrtle Oil which is added in small quantities helps clear up irritations and skin infections.
