Body & Hand Wash: Wet hands, apply 2 pumps and rub hands together for at least 20 seconds, including backs of hands and in between fingers, rinse and dry. Apply as needed for a bubble bath or shower gel.

Foaming Face Cleanser: Only use a small amount, one or maximum of two pumps onto a face cloth or apply to the hands and gently massage into the cheeks, neck and forehead. Always avoid contact with the eyes. Twice a day is usually enough to maintain good hygiene.

Deodorant Roll On: Apply to underarms, on the soles of the feet, and rub between toes to kill the bacteria which creates the unpleasant odour. Re-apply through the day as needed.

Face Moisturiser: Use a small amount and apply to face and neck after cleansing, morning and night. Re-apply through the day if skin feels dry. Massage into hands and cuticles to relieve dry, cracked hands.

Konjac Sponge: Before use, soak in warm water for 10 minutes to expand, and use in a circular motion on the face. 

After use, squeeze to drain, and hang to dry.

• Make your own body scrub - add coarse sea salt to a bowl, and add Body & Hand Wash
• Use same recipe as above plus Peppermint Oil for a Foot Scrub
