bath salts + scrub

100% pure Lemon Myrtle Essential Oil is the hero and magnesium sulphate is the powerhouse of these natural bath salts. A plant derived formula to relax, revive and refresh all skin types and suitable for the whole family.

Enriched with kaolin clay, these aromatically lush bath salts will de-stress your body and mind. The natural fragrances of lemon myrtle and lemon eucalyptus will help clear upper respiratory and sinus issues, the salts’ soothing properties will relax tired, aching muscles help relieve dry, itchy skin and the quiet “escape” soak is both calming and uplifting as you release the stresses of life. The perfect way to add some luxury to an essential part of your day. bath salts + scrub contains 1-2 uses.

Leaf Tea Serving size: One teaspoon per person (adjust to personal taste), add hot water and allow to steep, strain and drink. 

Serving suggestions: Blend Lemon Myrtle Leaf Tea with black tea, green tea, or grated ginger. 

Spice Serving Size: Per Recipe

Serving Suggestions: Perfect when added as a rub for meat, fish, chicken and full of flavour when blended into a curry or infused into steamed rice. Delicious addition to cakes and biscuits and makes a mouth-watering infusion in a cheesecake. Delightfully flavours a winter porridge. 

bath salts + scrub:

Bath Soak: Add 2-3 tablespoons of bath salts to a warm bath and stir to dissolve. Settle back into the bath and breathe deeply for 60 seconds to start your relaxation experience. Soak for about 20 minutes to relieve muscle tension and reduce stresses on the body and mind. Enjoy 1-2 a week.

Body Scrub: Mix 2 tablespoons of bath salts with 1 teaspoon of neutral oil from your pantry (eg, macadamia, or sunflower oil) and stir into a paste. In the shower or bath, apply in a circular motion to arms, legs, and body. Rinse well.

Spice: 100% pure Lemon Myrtle Leaf, ground to 1.6mm

Leaf Tea Hacks:

  • Add to bath salts for a refreshing “spa” bathing experience.
  • Create your own exfoliant by adding tea leaves to a mix of course salt and carrier oil
  • Create a bouquet garni using lemon myrtle tea and other native herbs

Leaf Tea Hints:

  • Make a pot of lemon myrtle tea and add some grated ginger for an extra zing
  • As lemon myrtle is caffeine free, drink at night before bed for a calming end to the day.
  • Perfect hot, with a little honey to help soothe sore throats

Spice Hacks:

  • Flavour custard by steeping spice in the milk, then strain.
  • Create a bouquet garni using lemon myrtle spice and other native herbs
  • Add lemon myrtle spice and salt to create a salt rub

Spice Hints:

  • Create lemon rice by adding spice to rice when steaming
  • Mix lemon myrtle spice with softened butter and add to fish, chicken, lamb or beef.
  • Tasty substitute for any dish requiring lemongrass

bath salts + scrub Hacks:

  • Sprinkle 1 tsp on the shower floor, for a relaxing steam inhalation, if you don’t have a bath
  • Add 1 tbsp to fabric pouches, for an at-home scented draw sachet
  • Before bed, sprinkle 1 tsp of salts into a small dish next to your bed, to enjoy the relaxing fragrance while you sleep

  • Use 2-3 tbsp to the bath, and stir to dissolve - inhale for 60 seconds to relax
  • Add 1 tbsp salts to a large basin, for a foot soak
  • Mix salts with 1 tsp neutral oil for your own body scrub
