Lemon Myrtle is an Australian native rainforest tree, found in the rich soils of the subtropics, and grown in plantations for the production of oil and leaf on the East Coast of Australia. The Macadamia Oil and Lemon Myrtle Oil in this soap produce a soft, gentle cleansing lather suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin. 

Triple milled to lock in the refreshing Lemon Myrtle fragrance, also creates a longer lasting soap bar. 

All Lemon Myrtle Fragrances Soap will come unsleeved, unless otherwise specified in the Order Notes of your checkout.

Suitable for daily use, as the gentle bar doesn’t strip natural oils from the skin. Scrub soap contains 100% pure Lemon Myrtle Leaf as a gentle exfoliant - great for removing dirt, dry skin, and grime.

Body: Rub the bar along wet skin, generating a lather. Rinse

Hands: Wet hands, and rub the bar in hands, getting the lather in between fingers, palms and up wrists. Rinse

Sodium Palmate, Sodium Palm Kernalate (Palm Oil – RSPO MB 1106206), Purified Water, Glycerin, Backhousia Citriodora (Lemon Myrtle) Oil, Macadamia Integrifolia Seed Oil, Palm Kernel Acid, Palm Acid, Sodium Chloride, Tetrasodium EDTA, Tetrasodium Etidronate.

Scrub Soap: Sodium Palmate, Sodium Palm Kernalate (Palm Oil – RSPO MB 1106206), Purified Water, Glycerin, Backhousia Citriodora (Lemon Myrtle) Oil, Macadamia Integrifolia Seed Oil, Palm Kernal Acid, Palm Acid, Backhousia Citriodora (Lemon Myrtle) Leaf, Sodium Chloride, Tetrasodium EDTA, Tetrasodium Etidronate.

Hacks:

  • Great to use in the laundry as a stain remover - even oil and grease
  • Grate the soap, dry out, and use a scoop in the washing machine instead of washing powder
  • Store in the Linen Closet as an effective way to refresh the linen, and reduce insects

Hints:

  • Lemon Myrtle is highly antibacterial, aids in treating eczema, dermatitis and psoriasis
  • Economical shampoo bar - great for beards and dreadlocks too
  • Scrub Soap contains Lemon Myrtle Leaf - gentle exfoliant

I am concerned that the fragrance is rapidly diminishing over a small number of weeks. A technical issue no doubt, but disappointing.

Thanks for your review. All feedback is important to us, and we appreciate you taking the time to let us know.
The production of soap you received in your order is new, so it is interesting to hear you feel the fragrance is diminishing. Does this just apply to the smell of the dry bar, or is it also the case with the bar as it has been used? Our soaps are triple milled, in order for the fragrance to remain in the bar till the last wash, so while it can seem, as the bar dries out, the fragrance may have faded, once the bar has been used, the fragrance should come back just as fresh.

I suffer from eczema and dry skin. I find using these soaps from Lemon Myrtle helpful with this condition. They have a subtle fragrance. Would recommend them .
